Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis and report generation in dynamic business environments
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10 percent on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years’ proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with stakeholder management and communication skills including successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including generating and interpreting actionable reports
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Marketo, Sandbox budgeting platform, Guts ticketing tool, and Formbox
- Analytical and decision-making capabilities to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
- Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision
Job Duties
- Plan and manage event logistics ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion
- Coordinate with agencies and diverse stakeholders for successful project delivery
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
- Develop and distribute briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
- Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports
- Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and technical teams
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes
