Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
- Proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication skills and successful agency partnerships
- Hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including generating and interpreting actionable reports
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10% on average
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker Marketing dashboards, KNAK, GMail, Hangouts, Google Sites, Moma, Gather, GWS, AMP, Looker, Marketo, Sandbox, Guts, Formbox
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Job Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments
- Minimum of 4 years' proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events, demonstrating creative problem-solving and adaptability

Job Duties
- Manages end-to-end coordination of events, from planning to post-event evaluation
- Creates and distributes briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversees account-based marketing activities, including bespoke content creation
- Executes region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handles logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
