Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, and stakeholder communication
  • Proven track record in logistical coordination and agency partnership
  • Experience with content development and data analysis
  • Ability to travel 10% on average
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
  • Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker, KNAK, Marketo, and internal ticketing tools
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Can operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics, partnering with agencies, and ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion
  • Oversee project timelines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Drive content development and communication efforts to engage target audiences
  • Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports and optimize strategies
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of events, including post-event evaluation
  • Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for stakeholders
  • Oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
  • Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project teams, and technical representatives
  • Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation
