Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, and stakeholder communication
- Proven track record in logistical coordination and agency partnership
- Experience with content development and data analysis
- Ability to travel 10% on average
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation
- Minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination
- Minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns or large-scale corporate events
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, SFDC, Looker, KNAK, Marketo, and internal ticketing tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Can operate independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Job Duties
- Plan and manage events by coordinating logistics, partnering with agencies, and ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion
- Oversee project timelines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Drive content development and communication efforts to engage target audiences
- Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable reports and optimize strategies
- Manage end-to-end coordination of events, including post-event evaluation
- Create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for stakeholders
- Oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
- Execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
- Handle logistics, speaker scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project teams, and technical representatives
- Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation
