Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management project management logistics coordination stakeholder and agency partnership communication content development or data analysis report generation in dynamic business environments
  • minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning project management and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
  • minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of successful agency partnerships
  • minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including ability to generate and interpret actionable reports
  • limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • ability to travel 10 percent on average based on work and clients served

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage end-to-end coordination of events from planning to post-event evaluation
  • create and distribute briefing materials and email communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • oversee account-based marketing activities including bespoke content creation
  • execute region and segment-specific marketing programs and events
  • handle logistics speaker scheduling and customer engagement initiatives
  • collaborate with direct marketing teams for campaign analysis and reporting
  • communicate regularly with engagement managers project team members and representatives from functional and technical teams including escalating matters requiring attention
  • independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement optimization and transformation of processes
