Job Duties
- Serve as main point of contact for internal and external clients on events
- Submit trade show documents including insurance, floor plans, and request forms
- Track show document deadlines and meet advanced submission requirements
- Manage payment schedules and process purchase orders
- Track expenses and payments for events
- Collaborate with leadership and finance on expense assignments
- Process and reconcile monthly purchase card expenses
- Establish and optimize event planning processes and asset inventory
- Maintain event calendars and documentation
- Provide support for event staff as needed
- Manage post-event follow-up and budget tracking
- Coordinate attendee resources including hotels, giveaways, and clothing
