Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Broad experience with application and infrastructure operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, LiveAction, Aternity, Riverbed, DataDog, Zenoss
- Broad experience with applications and infrastructure operations including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with automation and orchestration within ServiceNow preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments preferred
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability for applications or infrastructure preferred
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment preferred
Job Duties
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management and ITOM modules
- Integrate monitoring tools and observability platforms with ServiceNow
- Analyze event data to identify trends and reduce noise
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for accurate CI mapping and health monitoring
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows for operational visibility
- Work in an Agile Scrum environment with 2-week sprint cycles
- Provide recommendations to improve event management processes and automation
