Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated in relevant field
- availability from January through May including evenings, weekends and holidays
- dependable transportation
- ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- willingness to work varied hours and multitask under pressure
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to project a positive image and exercise good judgment
- comfortable with public speaking and team collaboration

- experience with basic office systems such as computer programs and AUTOCAD preferred
Job Duties
- Assist the Event Logistics Manager with event setup and completion
- liaise between multiple departments including DIS Client & Event Experience, NASCAR Sales, Partnership Services and DIS Track Operations
- provide primary event operations support during events
- assist in event development and implementation for major racing and spectator events
- manage vendors including tents, fences, ATMs and Jumbo TV screens
- organize Midway Display layout including vendor parking, maintenance, and signage
- coordinate order, inventory and placement of event signage
- distribute credentials and parking passes for workers and vendors
- prospect new ideas to support sales goals
- monitor client satisfaction and follow up on programming details
- assist colleagues and perform other duties as assigned by DIS Operations
