Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- dependable transportation
- availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable hours during January to May
- basic knowledge of office systems and database management
- ability to use software programs including AUTOCAD
- strong interpersonal skills and positive image projection

Job Duties
- assist event logistics manager with event setup and completion
- liaise between departments including client experience, sales, partnership services, and track operations
- support primary event operations for major motorsports and spectator events
- manage vendors such as tent and fence providers, ATM operators, and services
- coordinate midway display layout, vendor parking, and signage placement
- distribute credentials and parking passes for event workers
- assist sales and marketing with prospecting and client satisfaction follow-up
