Job Duties

  • assist with logistical setup and service during large events
  • liaise between departments including client & event experience, sales, partnership services, and track operations
  • support event operations for major racing and spectator events
  • manage vendors such as tent, fence, ATM, sanitation, and jumbo TV screen providers
  • coordinate midway display layout and maintenance scheduling
  • oversee order, inventory, and placement of event-specific signage
  • distribute credentials and parking passes
  • prospect new ideas with sales/marketing and monitor client satisfaction
  • provide teamwork and assist with other duties as assigned
