Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Recreation Administration, or a closely related field
- two years of experience in parks facilities management, event management, or project management
- valid, current Driver’s License and safe driving record

- two years of experience in parks facilities management, event management, or project management
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to provide day-to-day work direction to part-time and seasonal staff
- proficiency in customer service and scheduling
- knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
- valid, current Driver’s License and safe driving record
Job Duties
- Coordinate activities in support of park facility operations including event services, sales, and marketing
- provide customer service to park users and event participants
- process registrations and reservations for park facilities and programs
- maintain accurate records related to park operations and events
- assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of recreational programs and events
- enforce park policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
- monitor and maintain program equipment, supplies, and materials to uphold operational readiness
