Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in event coordination, volunteer management, or customer service preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Must be 21 years of age upon start date
  • Access to reliable automobile and smartphone
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Availability for weeknights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel to Front Range and other regional event sites
  • Must pass background check and driving record evaluation

Job Qualifications

  • Must be passionate about water conservation or have a strong desire to learn
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience coordinating events or leading volunteer groups preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism during fast-paced and high-volume events
  • Availability on weeknights and Saturdays
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Access to a reliable automobile and smartphone
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 30 lbs and walking continuously
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Basic computer, iPad, and smartphone skills preferred
  • Must pass a background check and driving record evaluation

Job Duties

  • Help people save water by leading safe and well-organized garden distribution events
  • Coordinate event supplies by preparing, organizing, loading, transporting, and returning materials and equipment
  • Manage event setup and close-out including overseeing on-site operations and post-event cleanup
  • Support and guide volunteers by welcoming, training, and coaching throughout their shifts
  • Demonstrate leadership through effective communication and problem solving
  • Foster an inclusive environment that values respect and diversity
  • Deliver excellent customer service by serving as a knowledgeable point of contact and resolving on-site issues
  • Prioritize safety by upholding best practices during event preparation, setup, and execution
