Job Requirements
- Possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license
- Prior box truck or van driving background and able to drive Quest light-duty vans
- Pass Quest-generated written and practical driving tests
- Submit to an annual driving record review
- No DUIs or serious driving infractions
- Pass a DOT physical and drug test
- Able to drive all company vehicles, including medium-duty trucks such as 16-foot box trucks
- Ability to repeatedly lift 62 lbs and work on a step ladder
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Great attitude and customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required
- Understanding of hotel and convention docks
- Ability to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges
- Can positively interact with team members and customers on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism
- A great attitude and great customer service skills
- Can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Able to problem solve and prioritize needs while on jobsites
- Able to handle team dynamics and customer service issues daily
Job Duties
- Deliver and pick-up gear and crew to event venues
- Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site
- Working with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members
- Loading and unloading company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites
- Set and strike drape and hardware at event venues
- Completing warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished
- Delivering outstanding customer service
