Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in different weather conditions
  • Must be able to work long hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to report 2 to 2 hours prior to game time
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • Understanding of cleaning products and chemicals
  • Willingness to learn disinfecting procedures
  • Must be willing to work events beyond baseball including concerts and other activities
  • Background check required

  • Availability to work long, flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and off-season events

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper ballpark standards of cleanliness at assigned locations
  • Follow guidelines for ballpark and restroom cleanliness and monitor for safety concerns
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and preparedness including stocking and cleaning fixtures
  • Respond to radio calls for spill clean-ups, trash removal, and biohazard situations
  • Maintain concourse cleanliness including trash disposal, surface wiping, sweeping, mopping, and squeegeeing
  • Proactively assist guests by answering questions and providing directions
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
  • Enforce ballpark policies, rules, and regulations
