Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Availability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must report to work 2-2.5 hours before game time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • Willingness to learn cleaning chemicals and disinfecting procedures
  • Background check required
  • Ability to work at events beyond baseball including concerts and charity events

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Observant with the ability to identify guest needs and ensure a memorable experience
  • Knowledge of ballpark policies, services, and facility locations with willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods
  • Ability to manage workload during games, concerts, and other events
  • Membership in Service Employees International Union after 30 games

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper ballpark standards of cleanliness
  • Follow all guidelines for ballpark and restroom cleanliness
  • Monitor assigned area for cleanliness and safety and report concerns
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and preparedness including stocking and disinfecting
  • Respond to radio calls for clean-ups including spills and biohazards
  • Maintain concourse and ballpark cleanliness including trash disposal and surface cleaning
  • Provide courteous guest service by answering questions and assisting visitors
