Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in different weather conditions
- Ability to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must report to work 2 to 2 1/2 hours prior to game time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more
- Background checks will be performed
- Ability to work on events beyond baseball including concerts and charity walks

- Effective communication skills to engage guests and colleagues
- Observational skills to identify guest needs and maintain standards
- Knowledge of ballpark policies, services, and facility locations after training
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and for long hours
- Willingness to learn cleaning processes and disinfectant procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain assigned locations with proper ballpark standards of cleanliness
- Follow guidelines for ballpark and restroom cleanliness and monitor safety
- Maintain restroom cleanliness including stocking supplies and disinfecting fixtures
- Respond to radio calls for clean-ups including spills, trash removal, and biohazards
- Maintain concourse cleanliness including trash disposal, surface cleaning, and floor care
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions and concerns
- Enforce ballpark policies and respond effectively in emergency situations
