Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather
  • Ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to report 2 to 2.5 hours prior to game time
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • Understanding of cleaning chemicals and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work various events including concerts and offseason
  • Background checks will be performed

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper ballpark standards of cleanliness in assigned locations
  • Follow guidelines for ballpark and restroom cleanliness
  • Monitor cleanliness and safety, reporting concerns to management
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and stock supplies during events
  • Respond to internal radio calls for clean-ups including spills and biohazards
  • Maintain concourse and ballpark cleanliness including trash disposal and surface wiping
  • Provide guest assistance by answering questions and giving directions
  • Respond to and resolve guest questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Enforce ballpark policies, rules, and regulations to ensure a positive guest experience
