Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to arrive 2 hours before game time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • Willingness to learn proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures
  • Must be able to work a variety of events beyond baseball
  • Successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
  • Effective communication skills for guest engagement
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
  • Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain assigned locations to proper ballpark cleanliness standards
  • Follow all guidelines for ballpark and restroom cleanliness
  • Monitor area for cleanliness and safety and report concerns
  • Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures and maintain supplies
  • Respond to clean-up calls including spills, trash, biohazards
  • Maintain concourse cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
  • Address guest needs by providing information and assistance
  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, or complaints professionally
  • Enforce ballpark policies and provide a positive guest experience
