Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
availability for evening and night shifts
weekend availability
ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time
ability to lift objects with some assistance
strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Well-developed interpersonal skills
a commitment to great guest service
ability to multitask effectively
strong communication skills
previous experience in hospitality or event coordination is a plus

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
create a personal connection with event contacts and exceed guest needs
assist guests by helping program names into scoring systems, explaining safety precautions, and occasionally offering quick bowling lessons
