Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evening and night shifts primarily on weekends
- Ability to walk, stand, bend and occasionally lift objects with some assistance
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

- Basic knowledge of event operations preferred
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions
- Provide quick bowling lessons when appropriate
