Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
Ability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and lift objects with assistance
Willingness to engage with guests and deliver exceptional service

Job Qualifications

Well-developed interpersonal skills
A commitment to great guest service
Previous experience in event hosting or customer service is a plus
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and giving quick bowling lessons as needed
