Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify
Open availability, including weekends
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time
Capable of lifting objects with some assistance
Prior experience in catering, event hosting, or sales
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to outstanding guest service

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions (additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and giving quick bowling lessons
Maintain a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout the event
