Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for periods of time
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance
- Availability for evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Willingness to work in a typical entertainment environment
- Must be able to create exceptional guest experiences through multitasking
Job Qualifications

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Ability to work evening and night shifts

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and giving quick bowling lessons
- Maintain a vibrant and customer-focused atmosphere throughout the event
