- At least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evening and night shifts

- Previous experience in event hosting or customer service preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests with programming names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing bowling guidance
