Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a lively entertainment setting

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer engagement
- Previous experience in customer service or event hosting is a plus
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and offering optional lessons
