Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- availability for evening and night shifts
- weekend availability
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
Job Qualifications
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- basic knowledge of event coordination is an advantage
- ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create personal connections with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explain safety precautions, and provide guidance on game play
