- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage options to pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with event contacts and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by programming names into scoring systems, explaining safety precautions, and providing quick bowling lessons
