Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Basic knowledge of event coordination or management is a plus
- Ability to work evening and night shifts and availability on weekends
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions including additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing guidance with bowling techniques
- Maintain a high level of multitasking to effectively manage guest experiences throughout the event
