Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
  • Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Basic knowledge of event coordination or management is a plus
  • Ability to work evening and night shifts and availability on weekends

Job Duties

  • Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
  • Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
  • Suggestively sell extensions including additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
  • Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
  • Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing guidance with bowling techniques
  • Maintain a high level of multitasking to effectively manage guest experiences throughout the event
