Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- availability for evening and night shifts
- weekend availability
- ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
- capable of lifting objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service is a plus
- ability to multitask effectively
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions
