Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior experience in event hosting or customer service preferred
Ability to multitask efficiently
Effective communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions i.e., additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met but exceeded
Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson
Walk, bend, stand, and occasionally lift objects with assistance in a typical entertainment environment
