Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing guidance on bowling
- Maintain a vibrant and energetic atmosphere throughout the event
