- applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- availability for evening and night shifts

- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage packages to enhance the event experience
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions
- provide quick tips or lessons related to entertainment activities
