Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions, such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing bowling lessons as needed
- Walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with some assistance in a typical entertainment environment
