- Completion of the Ashling Events Host Accreditation and the Smitten Event Host AddOn
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and punctual with the ability to take direction
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Assist with event setup and ensure the space is welcoming and prepared for guests
- Greet attendees, facilitate check-ins, and provide support throughout the event
- Help run icebreakers, games, and activities as directed by the Lead Event Host
- Monitor event timing and help maintain a seamless experience
- Support post-event breakdown and cleanup
- Perform other duties as assigned
