Job Requirements

  • Completion of the Ashling Events Host Accreditation and the Smitten Event Host AddOn
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and punctual with the ability to take direction
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of the Ashling Events Host Accreditation and the Smitten Event Host AddOn
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and punctual with the ability to take direction
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist with event setup and ensure the space is welcoming and prepared for guests
  • Greet attendees, facilitate check-ins, and provide support throughout the event
  • Help run icebreakers, games, and activities as directed by the Lead Event Host
  • Monitor event timing and help maintain a seamless experience
  • Support post-event breakdown and cleanup
  • Perform other duties as assigned
