Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in guest service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions including additional entertainment, food, and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, or providing quick bowling lessons
