Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an events start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions like additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing brief bowling lessons
