Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- capability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- ability to lift objects with some assistance
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- ability to multitask effectively
- strong communication skills
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage extensions to pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create personal connections with event contacts and ensure guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into scoring systems and explaining safety precautions
- provide friendly guidance such as quick bowling lessons when needed
