Job Duties
- gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions, i.e., additional entertainment or food and beverage, to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
- assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson
