Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests with programming names into the scoring system, explain safety precautions, and provide bowling guidance
- manage multitasking efficiently throughout the event cycle
