Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work part-time including evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for periods of time
- Capacity to lift objects with some assistance
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities

- Previous experience in customer service or event hosting is preferred
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions including additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing guidance or demonstrations as needed
