Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in service or hospitality industries preferred

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explain safety precautions, and provide quick bowling lessons if needed
