Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability is required
- Capability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Strong multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in event hosting or customer service is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Assist guests with scoring systems, explain safety precautions, and provide guidance such as bowling lessons
- Maintain excellent multitasking abilities to handle various event-related tasks simultaneously
