Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Willingness to work in a dynamic entertainment environment
- Must be able to engage effectively with guests and team members

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- Assist the guest by programming names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing bowling lessons
