Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food & beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing quick bowling lessons
