Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

- Willingness to work in a dynamic entertainment environment

- Experience in event hosting or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing support as needed
- Ensure smooth execution of events and address any issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
