Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- evening and weekend availability is required
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting objects with some assistance
- strong interpersonal communication
- previous experience in event-hosting or customer service roles is a plus

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and potentially giving quick bowling lessons
- multitask efficiently to oversee event operations smoothly
