Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance
Willingness to work in a typical entertainment environment
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food & beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions
Possibly give quick lessons or assistance in bowling as part of guest engagement
