Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
- availability for evening and night shifts
- weekend availability
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time
- capability to lift objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications
- Well-developed interpersonal skills

- prior experience in customer service or event coordination is preferred
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food & beverage to pre-ordered event packages
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies
- manage the service of all food & beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
- assist guests with programming names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions
