Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, brand partnerships, or marketing within retail or service industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute event strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, brand partnerships, or marketing within a retail or service industry
- Proven success in developing and executing complex event strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills written, verbal, virtual, and in-person
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and expert proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments
- Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight stays as needed
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Support the planning and execution of sales-driving events and initiatives that align with company goals and drive growth for new and high priority brands
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, scalable, and sustainable event strategies that increase brand visibility and guest engagement
- Assist in managing event timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high quality, brand aligned activations
- Help develop and maintain event tools, resources, and frameworks that support consistent execution across stores
- Track and report on event performance, leveraging KPIs to assess ROI and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including merchandising, marketing, PR, and event teams to ensure event strategies align with brand and business objectives
- Act as a liaison between store teams, District Experience Leads (DELs) and brand partners, supporting seamless communication and execution
