Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, brand partnerships, or marketing within retail or service industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute event strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, brand partnerships, or marketing within a retail or service industry
  • Proven success in developing and executing complex event strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills written, verbal, virtual, and in-person
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and expert proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments
  • Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight stays as needed
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support the planning and execution of sales-driving events and initiatives that align with company goals and drive growth for new and high priority brands
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, scalable, and sustainable event strategies that increase brand visibility and guest engagement
  • Assist in managing event timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high quality, brand aligned activations
  • Help develop and maintain event tools, resources, and frameworks that support consistent execution across stores
  • Track and report on event performance, leveraging KPIs to assess ROI and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including merchandising, marketing, PR, and event teams to ensure event strategies align with brand and business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between store teams, District Experience Leads (DELs) and brand partners, supporting seamless communication and execution
