Job Requirements
- Availability Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 9pm with occasional weekends
 - On call position
 - Professional grooming and attire
 - Experience in food and beverage service
 - Effective communication skills
 - Ability to work collaboratively with team
 - Ability to provide constructive feedback on events
 
Job Qualifications
- Updated Texas Food Handler's Certification
 - Strong public speaking skills
 - Excellent guest engagement and communication abilities
 - Strong knowledge of food and beverage terminology and presentation
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office
 - Ability to lead culinary-focused team building activities
 
Job Duties
- Drive guest experience by hosting food and beverage team building activities
 - Engage guests to play an active role in learning and creating unique culinary and beverage experiences as a team
 - Participate in generation and implementation of ideas to enhance guest experience
 - Attend preparatory meetings with event and beverage managers and banquet team
 - Provide feedback on event success and suggest improvements
 - Maintain executive presence with professional grooming, attire, and communication
 - Assist banquet team with event setup and teardown as needed
