Job Requirements

  • five or more years of professional event planning experience
  • proven experience managing vendors, contracts, décor, catering, and budgets
  • strong project management skills
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • willingness to transition from personal or social events into corporate event planning
  • creativity and calmness under pressure
  • excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Qualifications

  • five or more years of professional event planning experience especially in weddings, galas, or hospitality
  • proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, décor, catering, and budgets
  • strong project management skills with high attention to detail
  • ability to juggle multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • creative and calm under pressure
  • skilled at translating emotional experiences into business impact
  • familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools is a plus
  • experience with B2B or SaaS events is desirable
  • experience analyzing event data or generating reports is an advantage

Job Duties

  • plan and execute corporate events
  • lead logistics for customer dinners, workshops, conferences, trade shows, and VIP experiences
  • manage catering, décor, run-of-show, timelines, and on-site execution
  • deliver an exceptional guest experience by elevating event details
  • anticipate and solve problems to ensure seamless flow
  • coordinate pre- and post-event communications, email campaigns, and RSVPs
  • manage event platforms such as Eventbrite, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • collaborate with marketing, sales, and executives to align events with company strategy
  • assist with internal events like company celebrations, offsites, and product launches
  • track attendance, satisfaction, and engagement metrics
  • provide post-event insights and recommendations
